not gonna send toma a birthday card this year, but...

(just want everyone to know, i'm friends-locking my pictures posts from now on, and my twitter is now a private account, but if you seem like a toma fan, i'll probably add you. xD)

summer is here!! thank goodness it's not hot yet, just warm, here. around this time of year, i usually start looking for a nice birthday card for toma and around august i'll probably start gathering fans' messages that i will later re-write on paper and include in the card for toma. but this year, i want to try something new. and it's so time consuming to look for a nice card, re-write everyones' messages, and go to the post office. lol. i'm not sure yet, but i want to try something like...using instagram or twitter. hmm. like...each person takes a picture of their birthday message or something special they made/baked for toma, or take a pic with something toma-related, or something. and for people who have the LINE Camera app, it's so easy to decorate a pic with all kinds of stickers and there's a ton of nice filters there! =)

now, i know there's a lot of lazy or busy toma fans out there that probably won't want to do this, but that's fine. usually, tweeting about his birthday for a few hours at twitter is the most we ever do for his birthday. lol. but i think it'd be nice to share pics of things we're doing to celebrate toma's bday or something we made for him, etc., too. i'm still not sure...i want to think of something really easy to get a lot of people involved.

WOW Toma's birthday is coming, I didn't even think of that yet, he's still so young, didn't look 30 at all. This is a really nice idea but I don't have a twister account =C and I don't know if my stuff is so lame..for Toma's birthday..I will try to make something though I get distracted by Toma every time and won't be able to finish anything..haha

oh, right! he'll be 30. i totally forgot. haha. oh man, it's going to be annoying when everyone makes a big deal out of it and start saying stuff like "omg, he's 30! he's old!" -__-

it's ok, i'm not sure yet how we'll do it. but it's really easy to sign up for a twitter account, if you wanna join in when we all tweet (post messages) about toma's bday! haha.

Hi kate, i think it is a good idea for us to take pictures. but i think i like to send a personal gift to toma or something. idk... anyway your idea sounds good. i love the idea, now just going to think about getting a card.. i'll take a picture of it and send it.

he's birthday is in october i believe. i'll need to start XD

that sounds great! ^_^ johnny's will only let you send letters or cards, but if you want, you can sneak in a flat gift for him in your card. haha. like a bookmark or a photo or something.

yes, his birthday is october 7. but depending on far you live from japan, it might take a whole month for your card to get there, so send it early, if you can! i once sent a friend in tokyo a card and it took a month for her to get it, and i live in the usa. =/
