MY 8TH TOMA FANniversary!!!!! toma picspam/fan memes!!!!!!

(WARNING, TONS OF TOMA CUTENESS/HOTNESS!!! LOL. lots of gifs and pics. but i've put some gifs in the "spoiler" cuts so this post doesn't take forever to load!!! hahaha....)

so i haven't done much to celebrate my toma fan anniversary in recent years. but this time i wanted to do something fun, so i went on kinda a toma pics scavenger hunt and i'm answering some questions for this meme. you should do it too!! haha. i found a lot of pics i needed at my toma love blog. and my tumblr (tomaroom). thank goodness i was so obsessed with tagging posts. and also, fuckyeahtoma tumblr has a ton of pics!!



yeah, i used an EXO 30 day challenge. haha. sorry, it's kinda hard to read it.

1) fav sexy photo
this is tough because toma has so many!! of course, i love the an an photo shoot, which was when toma was most exposed. well, technically we saw him fully naked from the side in ningen shikakku, but he was in the fetus position and he was with that older lady and it was so awkward. and a lot of times, i feel like he's more sexy when he's got clothes on! it just depends on his facial expression or the way he's posing. =) but i like most of his shirtless pics... but i'll post some sexy pics later in the post. this part is mainly for written answers...

2) fav all time song
this is another tough one! i liked a lot of the songs he sang when he was still a junior. i think White Christmas was one of my favorites or Melting Snow (?) or of course, yokubou no rain (sung with yamashita). of course i also loved when he got to sing some parts of the osozaki no himawari themesong. that was kinda like a mini MV for toma. =) i also loved the songs he sang in Cat in the Red Boots, which was maybe the only high quality songs that was released on CD that toma sang... so... i'm not sure which is my favorite. lol. maybe one of the cat in the red boots songs. toma sang live at that one show that i forgot that name of a few times but i didn't like those songs much. haha.

3) would i want toma to be my brother?
of course not, because i'm attracted to him!!! lol... maybe step-brother would be ok!! xD but i think toma is a good older brother. it's so cute to see him with his younger brother. he even got him a cameo in osozaki!!! haha. playing his younger brother. haha...

4) ultimate bias wrecker
LOLLLLLL. i honestly don't like any male celebrity as much or in the same way that i like toma. recently i've got this big crush on nick bateman, but i just like looking at him cuz he's good-looking. he seems not that bright and all muscles, honestly. hahaha. umm... but if we are talking about ultimate fandom wrecker... i'm really into the Fallen fandom and Shadowhunters fandom right now. but it's not like i do much fangirling. i just retweet stuff on twitter, mostly. well, i did write some Fallen fanfiction, but i'm on hiatus right now. haha.

5) fav OTP
though i ship toma and gakky (aragaki yui), fav OTP has to be TOMAPI. though i like toma and ohno, too. but not as a romantic couple. i just see them as friends. =)

6) umm... i don't think i have enough in common to be toma's best friend. lol. he seems to like watching plays and going to concerts a lot. and going drinking with his friends. i don't like any of those that much. haha.

if i could choose from toma's friends, though... i think i'd like to hang out with ohno. definitely, ohno. haha. cuz he's so quirky, artistic, funny. i don't like fishing, though!! lol. but i think besides fishing, hanging out with ohno would be fun.

what would i want to do with ohno? hmm... art-related stuff. lol. maybe we can go to an art museum or i could look at his art. i dunno a lot about ohno actually. except that he likes fishing and art. haha... even hanging out backstage with ohno before or after his concert would be awesome!!!!

7) fav toma fanfic
umm... there were a lot of good ones. but i think the tomapi one where toma was a vampire. that one was so cool and sexy. xD i think it was called Paramour. btw, here's a list of salome's fanfiction. so beautifully written!! hard to find toma fanfiction so well-written. she's such an amazing writer and kinda inspired me to write my own toma fanfiction which is not that great. lol... (BTW, LOTS OF HER FANFICTION ARE QUITE SEXUAL SO IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE IT, STAY AWAY!! LOL.)

8) fave word
umm... hmm... maybe "ganbarimas" or "ciao". toma used to say ciao at the end of all his cellphone blog posts. haha. what is a word toma uses a lot?? i dunno. in his dramas? hmm... maybe toma's "ehhhhh???". so cute. haha... oh, i do love how toma says "oishii" or other words that mean delicious when he's tasting food on food shows! =P

9) what moment did you feel the proudest to be a toma fan?
umm... i think it was at toma's FIRST EVER movie press conference, for ningen shikkaku!!! it was just such a big moment for him...like...he made it!! he's in a movie!! and it was a serious movie, too. toma's hair was long cuz he was filming majo saiban but they still fixed it up nicely for that night. i wrote about it here:

oh, wait, also, after watching the mini-documentary about him in 2010. omg... you get to see behind-the-scenes stuff... toma preparing to film and just all these little moments of toma on and off the screen. the real him and all the work that goes into preparing for his roles or scenes and it's just.... you feel so proud to be his fan. he works so hard...he's really a brilliant actor. =)

11) ideal date with toma?
umm... my ideal date is just something simple. walk at the beach, dinner in a romantic restaurant. but with toma specifically... it would be in japan, so... maybe i'd like to go see the cherry blossoms or autumn foliage or go to an onsen with toma. lol. or go to a cool theme restaurant. the alice in wonderland or ninja one seems cool. haha.

12) fav meme?
barely any toma memes, so i'm gonna skip this.

13) toma's character that is most like me?
sadly, i think it's takemoto from Honey & Clover. =( i can relate to how lost/aimless he feels. he also hates christmas. i hate it for the same reason as him. lol... i'm not as gloomy as him, but i do think we are similar in lots of ways. so...yeah. lol. that says a lot about me, i think.

14) a scene that makes you angry
the ending of Maou. i'm still bitter about that. sigh. ending of majo saiban, too. and a whole bunch of scenes in hana kimi where mizuki ignores nakatsu to go to sano.

15) describe a scenario where you bump into toma at the airport?
umm... i dunno. lol. i guess maybe it would happen at LAX. he would be coming to L.A. because one of his movies is being shown here (finally)? i would be...going to Italy or something. I would see him walk by. i would stare to make sure it's him. i would freak out and freeze and he would walk by. that's it. hahaha...

16) favorite friendship
i feel like they're not that close anymore, but i love toma and ohno's friendship. haha. oh, also toma and jun!!

17) if i could take a selfie with an OTP (other than my OTP)?
my main OTP is tomapi. so i guess i'd love to take a pic with toma and gakky! or toma and ohno!

18) describe our fandom
Our fandom... hmm. I'm just talking about the fans that speak English. our fandom is really awesome. There used to be a lot more fans who were more active. But now...Lol... sometimes our fandom is very quiet cuz of the lack of toma news, too. and its kind of sad. I've met a lot of nice people and its nice to be a part of this huge family or team that all loves toma. :)

19) Which toma superpower i want?

Remember how Jun said toma has piercing eyes? I'd like to have that power. Lol.

20) How I'd like to meet toma

I'd like to meet him at a train station or on the train. Not sure why, but it seems kind of romantic. Of course not during rush hour when it's super crowded. I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to talk to him. Probably not! Maybe it seems pointless to meet and not talk but I still think it'd be cool. Oh, meeting in the rain!!

oh wait, it would be nice to be one of the extras in his drama or movie and meet him that way! i might possibly try to come up to him while he's on a break and say i'm a fan, maybe shake his hand. =)

Of course Its when toma sang yokubou no rain and some other songs with yamashita at his concert!!!

23) how did i get to know toma? first impression?
i saw a the hana kimi clip where he saved mizuki from being kissed by sano. lol. first impression was that "wow, this guy is cute and such a nice guy to help her like that! i want to watch more clips with him!" yeah, so many ppl became his fan because of watching hana kimi. xD

24) favorite toma quote:
umm... what jumps to my mind is that he said something like "i felt it wouldn't be cool to quit". he was referring to how he thought he should just quit show business since he couldn't debut and most of his friends already did. so he kept trying and eventually fell in love with acting and now look how successful he is!! it's really inspiring.

hmm.... that would be bad!! cuz i can't speak japanese i would barely understand what ppl say to me. i would probably pretend i am sick and refuse to come out of toma's apartment and just stay in there all day and watch tv. hahahaha. oh, check out his apartment and things and clothes, of course. take silly selfies and send it to myself. lol. i guess i would have to take a shower, too. lolllllll. ;)

hmm. i'll just think of it as fav plays. cat in the red boots!! well, i haven't been able to watch his other plays, really. only bits and pieces or seen pics.

30) describe how important toma is to you
wow... i have to admit toma used to be more important to me. but i have realized that i can't live vicariously through toma. lol. of course i still love him, but i've been fangirling less and i don't need to watch EVERYTHING he's in or go to toma-related websites all the time. being a toma fan has changed my life, though. i'm really grateful to toma for brightening up my life and changing me in certain ways. his story is really inspiring, too. he couldn't debut like the others, but he made his own path and did something different than everyone else and is now doing great. i've had so many happy memories in all these years of fangirling, because of toma. ^_^ thank you, toma!!! i'm sure there will be lots more and i wish him all the best. i hope he will take on more challenging, unique roles.

(there were 2 other questions i was gonna do, but i'm gonna skip those.) i think it's still his crying scene at the end of honey & clover. it was so natural and genuine... AND he had to eat a sandwich, too! but i also liked the one in Hanamizuki. so sad...

oh, right. #30. yeah, i think it's important to have a balance. you can't get too obsessed/addicted and fangirl 90% of the time. haha. doing that might make you give up or get tired of him too soon, too. though i did fangirl like crazy for the first few years, i think. then gradually less...
